Baseball kicks off conference games with 11-0 win over South Florida State College in 7 innings
AVON PARK, Fla.- State College of Florida baseball beat South Florida State College 11-0 in 7 innings in their conference opener. Robby Kalaf threw a complete game, and scattered five hits. Sophomore transfer, Jarred Smith, had three hits and four RBI. Orlando Rivera added four hits and Conner Hale drove in two runs. SCF is 16-7 this season and 1-0 in Suncoast Conference play. The Manatees play home Friday and host SFSC for game two of the series.
