Oglevie & Mathews back-to-back shutouts against Lake Sumter

BRADENTON,FL- SCF softball swept Lake Sumter Community College at home. Chelsea Oglevie and Paige Mathews threw back-to-back shut outs. SCF won the first game 1-0 behind sophmore pitcher, Chelsea Oglevie. She fanned nine batters and went all seven innings. Freshman, Paige Mathews, followed with a game two shut out of her own with only 1 hit and striking out 13. The Manatees won 3-0. Shannon Brockett, Dani Wayt, Melissa Phillips, and Angie Dascoli helped hit in the 4 runs for the evening SCF improved to 14-4.
