All Six Tennis Players Seeded at Nationals

Tucson, AZ - The NJCAA has released the seeding and draws for the 2015 NJCAA National Tennis tournament.  As the tournament begins today, the Manatees find themselves with all players seeded and five singles players and all doubles teams receiving byes in the first round. 

Sarah Peek, Mikala Lowrance, and Casey O'Toole are the highest seeded SCF singles players.  All three are seeded #2 in their respective draws.  Amiena Houston received the #3 seed in the three singles flight.  Sophomore Miranda Talbert is seed 5th in the two singles flight.  Sophomore Natella Nabieva is seeded #7 in the one singles flight.  Nabieva will be the lone Manatees player to hit the courts on opening day of the tournament.  She faces Mary Alice Oswalt of Saulk Valley Community College at 2:00 EDT today.

In doubles, all three of the teams recieved byes and will start play on Monday.
