SCF collected 11 hits and scored in multiple innings to take control of the game. Dominic Woodward delivered one of the biggest swings of the day, blasting a two-run home run as part of a 2-for-5 performance with two RBIs and two runs scored. Ryan Kaitz also crossed the plate twice and added two hits from the top of the lineup.
The middle of the order continued the pressure as Josh Castellani finished with two hits and an RBI, while Bernard Barnes contributed two doubles and drove in a run. Holden Brauner and Steele Burd each added RBIs, and Joshua Reiter chipped in with a sacrifice fly. SCF's aggressive baserunning was another key factor, with Will Rawls stealing three bases and scoring twice.
On the mound, Riley McDonald turned in a dominant seven-inning outing to earn the win. The right-hander allowed just two unearned runs on six hits while striking out four and keeping Eastern Florida from building momentum offensively. Vincent Cooke closed out the final two innings in relief.
