Bio

Covert, a sophomore from Longwood, Fla., has been working this fall on her defensive skills at third base. She has a strong swing that adds power potential to the SCF Softball team. She brings intelligence, good glove work, and hard work to the 2014 squad. The Manatees are looking for her to be an offensive threat this year. She is an excellent student and will graduate in 2014.
