High School: Jacari White grew up in Orlando, FL only about 90 minutes from State College of Florida. Jacari attended Olympia High School from 2017-2021 where he averaged 13PPG his senior year. Jacari also spent time as a quasi-assistant coach for a year and a half as he was recovering from a knee injury which allowed him to strengthen the mental side of the game.

Personal: Jacari is the son of Candice Bartee and Tim White and has a younger sister, Amani White. Jacari will complete his associates degree from SCF in the spring of 2023 and is currently undecided with what he will major in.

Thoughts From Coach Parks:

"Jacari is an unbelievable talent. He is a traditional shooting guard who can make shots off the bounce, off the catch, coming off screens, or in transition. He is shifty with his handle, and he is an incredible on-ball defender with great instincts. Jacari has the opportunity to be one of the best to ever wear an SCF Jersey."

Why SCF?

“I chose SCF because of the great environment, welcoming people, and the opportunity to play basketball for a great program and compete at the highest level.”
